Trigger Events
Hi Everyone,
Trigger Events are better known as cross roads in your life,
We�ve all come to cross roads, where we need to make
a decision to move ourselves, and our life forward. Or stay
with those forever nagging thoughts and feelings of� I WISH!!
How do we get to that point?
Trigger moments often occur when feeling low! This maybe
when you�ve been doing long hours, your tired and just fed
up with the same old, of the same old.
If you know what I mean, these points in your life are great,
even though you may not have appreciated it at the time.
Only because the focus is on the problem and not the solution.
Trigger Events are a build up of thoughts, that a person has had over
a period of time. These events haven�t just jumped up,
in the last day or two. NO! This is what�s been internalized
over the last 2, 4 or maybe 6 months. All of a sudden at some point
an incident has triggered a part of you that has been �DISSATISFIED�
for a long time now.
A Trigger Event can be used as a catalyst that prompts a person to
take steps to move out of �DISSATISFACTION� and move towards
a better life� Whatever that maybe for YOU.
Be content with the Trigger Event, because this imagery implies that
it is a necessary step in making progress towards that better life.
�DON�T� Ignore these events and feelings as they will not disappear,
it is na� to ignore the problem and think it will JUST go away,
Well it won�t. You�ll only be masking the problem short term. There
Will always be a nagging thought in the back of your mind, until
the next Trigger Event happens.
How Do We Over Come Trigger Events?
The simple answer to this question would be with clarity and action.
However for my audience I will clarify this point in more depth.
There is a definite sign that a person is telling themselves over and over
again that change must happen, everyone will make unique changes to suit
them and there needs.
There would have been a variety of Trigger Events over the course of your
Life as you have grown and developed as a person.
�NOW� take a moment and reflect on a time when you have experienced a
Triggered moment for you� What did it FEEL like? What did you HEAR?
What was the moment that Triggered YOU�
It is these Events that have shaped your future. If the Event was a positive one
Then you may remember what happened to you at that moment, and what
steps were taken, for you, to come out the other side�
By being AWARE of internal dialogue and feelings you can prevent negative
emotions taking over, and become clear about what you do want, so you can
move towards what you want instead of what you don�t want.
Allow yourself a moment and work through those moments of actions, as these
are a catalyst to a Process of CHANGE!!
What you are doing is making a DECISION� With CLARITY,
to step out of an unacceptable situation, into a more COMPELLING
SITUATION!! It can be a bit Intimidating stepping out of a discomfort
ZONE�
Let�s turn our attention to the GOALS that can be
the safe steps to take, that will lead you towards the life, that you�ll
truly be rewarded with.
These are your ACTION steps that will eventually lead to fulfill many of
Your DREAMS!!
By achieving your personal FINANCIAL FREEDOM�
SO NEVER NEVER GIVE UP!!!!
Just keep setting compelling goals.
