A Must Have To Propel Your Life Forward
There is a large number of people searching for solutions to there busy lifestyles, and wanting balance. I can relate to wanting some structure and balance so harmony can be reached. A coach is one way to achieve such balance, as I soon discovered when I wanted to make a transition with work. I never knew much about coaches and wondered how it would help me.
I wanted to leave the work force and move into my own business. I had done a lot of research into the business and I new this was the business for me, as it made my heart sing like know other business I looked at. And I had come to a stage where I needed to leave my JOB. The handing in my notice was the easy part of the process. I had now handed in my notice and time draw close to finishing work. There was a part of me that was excited about the new venture. Then there was another part of me that become fearful with all of the what if questions. But now I knew if it was to be, it was up to me, and this put the fear in me, at times I froze and could not move forward.
I had not recognized the big mind shift, which was needed to propel me and my business forward. Going to work and getting a wage had become a security blanket for me, and now I needed to be all the components to my business. Knowing the business from the outside looking in, looked easy, however being in amongst the business was a different story altogether. This is when realization stepped in, because this is when the most support was needed to carry me through to the other side of my business and beyond. This is when an excellent supportive coach plays the most important role in any body?s life. Without that support I don?t know if I would have made it at all, I had someone supporting me every step of the way. My coach also encouraged me along my new found path way, the support of a coach has been critical to my success in self development and business. I can not express this enough if you are really serious about the success you expect from your business.
Your coach will help you ignite the spark to carry you through, you need to be willing to be accountable and discipline yourself to complete goals that are set. However results can be measured with someone who is non judgmental of you. There will be times of challenge, and challenge can only be good for you, as we all need to see ourselves beyond where we are at. Once we get to the knowingness within you then know the home straight is in sight.
